Pick up keys

Key collection will take place at our office located at Castellón de la Plana Street, nº 4; Turis Building Calpe - 03710 (Alicante)

A few days before arrival you will receive an email with the information for key collection.

When collecting the keys, a deposit will be resquested by blocking on a credit card.

 

 

* As a general rule during high season the day of arrival / departure will be Saturday.

Arrival time from 5:00 p.m. / Departure time at 10:00 a.m.

In winter the arrival and departure can be daily. On request.

 

* The villas and apartments for rent cannot be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated in the contract.

 

The standard equipment of a rental accommodation consists of:

* Inside: Furnished accommodation, refrigerator, washing machine, hob and oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board.

* Outside: Garden furniture and sun loungers (not always for apartments or houses without a garden).

 

Included in the final price

* Energy fees.

* Change of bed linen, towels and dishcloths once a week (only for rentals of at least 2 weeks).

* Arrival and final cleaning.

* VAT.

* Administration fees.

Optional services

* In the apartments, the garage or parking space has an extra charge of 9,90€ per night and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

* Change of bed linen and extra towels: 10,00€ per person.

* Extra cleaning service 16,50€ per hour and per cleaner.

 

More information

* For long-term rentals in winter, the costs of water, gas and electricity will be charged, according to the accumulated consumption during the client's stay.

* Reservations cannot be confirmed online with arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, without first speaking to the office.
