If it is available, you can book it directly. You will then sign the rental agreement and pay the deposit. Yes, certainly. Our staff are happy to help you find the perfect property. Please note, however, that the rental offer and confirmation – even after a telephone booking – must always be confirmed by email.
Each property has its own page with a calendar showing availability. At a glance you can see whether it is free during your holiday dates. By selecting a start and end date you will immediately see the rental price and any additional services you can book.
Yes. If you would like to hold a property for a short time, you can place a free and non-binding option. This gives you a few days to consult with family or friends or to arrange suitable flights. An option usually remains valid for 2 to 3 days, depending on the property.
After booking you will receive the rental agreement by email. The agreement contains all details, including the costs you are required to pay.
There are three payments before your holiday begins: the deposit at the time of booking, the second payment four weeks before arrival, and the final payment upon arrival. All amounts and due dates are clearly stated on the booking form.
All prices are shown in euros.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed via a secure 3D Secure environment. Please include your booking number with bank transfers. Bank payments usually take 1 to 2 working days to process.
Check-in is on the day of arrival between 16:00 and 19:00. Check-out is no later than 09:30. If you expect to arrive later or are delayed, please contact us in advance to arrange the key handover.
The minimum stay depends on the period and the property. On our website you will see this clearly indicated when entering your preferred dates. The system automatically checks whether the chosen period can be booked.

Cancellation and Security

It’s unfortunate when a holiday cannot go ahead, but the property has been reserved. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance. Without it, cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit remains with the owner. If cancellation occurs within 60 days before the rental period, the full rental amount is due.
Privacy legislation prevents us from sharing exact address details before a booking is confirmed. You will receive the property address after the second payment, four weeks before arrival.

Yes, you can add travel and cancellation insurance directly when booking on our website. This ensures you are well covered should your trip unexpectedly not take place.
If a security deposit applies, the amount and due date are clearly shown on the booking form. When the property is left in good condition, the deposit will be refunded within 8 days of departure.

Preparation and Stay

Bring your personal belongings such as clothing and travel documents. Your apartment, house or villa is equipped with all kitchen appliances, crockery, pans and cutlery. Bed linen, duvets, towels and tea towels are provided and regularly changed.
The area or urbanisation is shown on the property page. Once the booking is confirmed and the total rental paid, you will receive the exact address and GPS coordinates, which you can use with Google Maps or similar to find your property.
Keys are usually collected from one of our offices in Javea, Denia or Moraira. Sometimes the owner or a staff member will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a short tour. Full details are provided in your booking confirmation.
If you are delayed, we will of course still be ready to welcome you. Please call us if your journey takes longer than expected so we can adjust accordingly.
These extras can usually be booked during the reservation process. Simply add them to your booking, taking note of any additional costs. If you missed this step or if it is not available online, please contact us to arrange it afterwards.
This depends on the property owner. On our website you can filter properties that allow pets. If permitted, please ensure the property is kept clean. Remember to bring your pet’s passport, vaccinations and required identification (microchip or tattoo). Consult your vet for details.
During the high season (June to late August) arrival and departure days are as indicated in the availability calendar. At other times of year, flexible arrival and departure days are often possible.

Sometimes, but they are usually not available for guest use. Ensure your mobile works in Spain and provide us with your number when booking so we can always reach you.
Almost all properties have reliable Wi-Fi. This is clearly stated in the property description on our website. If a property does not have Wi-Fi, a Wi-Fi dongle can be rented from the local manager.
Most villas and holiday homes have private parking. Apartments often have access to public parking or a shared parking area. The exact parking arrangements are shown on each property page.
The distance to facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and medical services varies per property. Each property description on our website clearly indicates nearby facilities. This way you know in advance which amenities are within walking distance and when you may need a car.
Suitability depends on the property and the degree of mobility limitation. Our website indicates whether a property has features such as step-free access or an adapted bathroom. Please contact us to discuss your requirements so we can help you choose the best option.
Yes, you can book extra cleaning for an additional fee. We recommend requesting this in advance, especially in high season, as last-minute requests may not always be possible. This way you can be sure of availability and enjoy extra comfort during your stay.

During Your Stay

As a guest you are responsible for any damage caused. You can take out liability or damage insurance when booking. Always report any damage. If damage is found after departure, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit, you will be held liable. Please see the booking conditions.
Each property is equipped with clean linen for normal use. If something is missing, our team will provide it.
Yes. These are included in the rental price.
Please contact your local representative if you wish to leave earlier. This allows us to adjust cleaning and inspection schedules.
After departure you will receive an email with a survey to rate the accommodation. You can share your experience with future guests and the owner. We value your feedback and tips.
In many cases no deposit is required. If a deposit is applicable, this will be mentioned when booking. Deposits are refunded within 8 days of departure, after the property has been checked.

Utilities are usually included in the rental price. The booking form specifies what is included. For long-term stays of several months, usage costs may be charged separately.

If your property requires adjustments to meet our standards, these costs are passed on. After that, no additional charges apply. Usual owner expenses remain, such as insurance, taxes, utilities, TV, pool and garden maintenance.
No. We handle everything and take full responsibility. We will only contact you for important decisions requiring your approval.
We agree on a payment schedule based on the rented weeks. If there is a mortgage, we can make monthly payments. Local expenses such as garden and pool services can also be handled by us.
You can offer several properties with us. All properties are linked to the same owner account, making them easy to manage. From this account you have 24/7 access to rental calendars, reservations and private use periods.
