Book your holiday home with our flexible Covid 19 arrangement.

We do our best to give you as much certainty as possible when booking your holiday accommodation, which is why we have made a special arrangement for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

1. When you book with us, you can choose for our travel and cancellation insurance as an extra service. The cancellation insurance also covers illness caused by Covid-19. So if you cannot enjoy your holiday because one or more persons in your family have become ill due to Covid-19, the insurance covers your holiday.
2. For all holiday accommodation bookings in 2021 and 2022, we have halved the deposit compared to the normal deposit in other years.
3. Should you need to cancel your booking due to a government-imposed Covid-19 travel restriction from your country of residence or the country where the vacation rental is located, you may do so up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge. The amounts paid will then be fully refunded.
4. In the event that the travel restrictions were not known 30 days prior to the arrival date and it turns out that you cannot travel due to the travel restrictions mentioned under point 3, you will receive a voucher for the rental sum already paid. You can use this voucher for a booking on another date and/or accommodation of your choice.

Important information.

In the event of cancellation under the above provisions, you must provide supporting documents, such as a doctor's certificate and/or documentation showing a travel restriction.
Health tests that may be required for travel are not subject to the above mentioned travel restrictions.
Refunds always exclude the costs paid for travel insurance.
