We offer a total of six similar apartments in this beautiful, quiet apartment complex. Four apartments on the ground floor and two in the first floor. The resort is located directly on the golf course of La Sella and has a beautiful large garden with lawn and palm trees and a beautiful pool for swimming and sunbathing. This privileged residential area of ??La Sella is situated about 15 minutes drive from the center of Denia and the long sandy beach of Las Marinas Denia, but on the spot of this residental area you may find also a supermarket, pharmacy, tennis courts and a restaurant. The golf course and the Spa Hotel Marriott La Sella can be reached in 5 minutes by car, there may be a fee to use the spa area with indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and much more.
The apartments are standard or very well equipped and some of them provide direct access to the pool area (over the covered terrace) or a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Two apartments have been equipped with internet access, the other can always be provided with internet on request. The division is also ideal for groups or several families wishing to spend their vacation together and still not want to give up privacy.
